Finally getting family pictures taken!!! I wanted newborn pictures but late is better then nothing!

I’ve come to the conclusion that I am unsure who wants/needs snuggles on the couch more— Greyson or I. I could just lay here for ever with him on my chest. I’m in love!

I can’t help but to get more excited the closer we get to moving. Each day that passes is another day I grow distant from this place, distant from everything I once knew BEFORE Greyson.

As soon as I became pregnant I instantly realized how crappy my “friendships” were and what family I would learn to depend on. I was no longer the drinking buddy and party girl so I was no longer needed as a friend. I also realized that my son (my mother’s first grandchild) would never change our relationship. Over night it seems I went from friendships and family to a baby and boyfriend.

Then as Greyson’s due date approached everyone slowly surfaced again—of course because everyone gets excited for the arrival of a baby. But while in the hospital my mom, brother, and sister only showed their face on the day I had the baby and that was it. I was promised countless visits from friends and family and they all fell through. Out of all my “old friends and family” only my dad and JOSH’S FAMILY visited in the hospital.

Then we come home and my dad who lives 2 hours away and Josh’s mom who lives an hour away sees the baby more then my “old friends and family” who live 10 minutes away.

I never show it but at times it makes me sad to realize how crappy of relationships I use to have.

That is why I am very excited to start new, build new friendships, and create my own strong family.

I’m moving on. GOOD RIDDANCE!
